BAFRA Volunteer of the Year

For this new award the official will have made off field contributions to BAFRA, in particular, or the sport of American football in Britain in general.

Nominations should include examples of:

• Representing BAFRA on a BAFA Committee or Working Groups
• Serving in a BAFRA role, other than as a Director, (e.g. Deputy Director, Chair or Member of a Committee/Working Group, etc.)
• Volunteering to help support with the running of BAFRA (e.g. Regional meetings)
• Being extraordinarily flexible in assisting with the coverage of Games by the BAFRA Operations (e.g. repeated last-minute adaptability, covering unusually long distances regularly, assisting assigners with complex changes to the schedule, etc.)
• Assisting with Training (e.g. Running of Regional Meetings, Induction Training, Convention, Online sessions, etc.)
• Representing BAFRA in the wider football or sports communities

Nominations for this award should not primarily focus on mentoring due to the mentoring specific award. Directors may be nominated but only for contributions outside of their elected duties.

The winner will be selected by the Board of Directors
