When assigning officials to American Football games, BAFRA work closely with the various BAFA leagues prior to the start of the season. Each league will provide BAFRA with a schedule of games and BAFRA will assign officials as necessary.

All BAFANL, or BUAFL (BUCS) teams who are playing games that are included on the original league schedule will be assigned BAFRA officials, subject to availability.

Any teams planning to play games that are not included in the original schedule, i.e. re-scheduled games, friendly games, inter-league games etc. should contact the BAFRA Director of Operations at the earliest opportunity to arrange for an officiating crew to cover their game.
