Chris Jarvis Award (Mentor of the Year)

This is a new award to recognise the vital work mentors do in bringing through the next generation of officials. The award is named in honour of Chris Jarvis who sadly died in 2023. Chris was a long-standing member of BAFRA and had a passion for helping to train and develop new officials.

The Head of Mentoring will put forward a shortlist of Mentors from which a winner will be selected and announced at the Awards’ Dinner.
