Referee's Signal Number 17 - Uncatchable Pass
	When used This signal is used by the covering official to indicate that in his judgement the forward pass was uncatchable. This may negate any pass interference calls made in the vicinity of the intended receiver. How executed repeated a number of times so that others may recognise it.
