NFL Academy (Loughborough) | No team areas. Jed Brookes-Lewis #395 | Unknown |
NFL Academy (Tottenham) | Perfectly marked 100-yard field. Only issue was the lack of a team area line and the team areas being too small. Tim Ockendon #481 | Unknown |
SGS Pride | Game was an organised scrimmage on the main Filton field between Offence and Defence. HC took the lead in what game situations he wanted to test and the game clock was operated as normal expect that it ran between changeovers. Francis Bevan #474 | 29th October v Portsmouth Destroyers |

MECHANICS: | |
New this week | Game Situation: 4th and 12 at the A40. Punter A4 kicks the ball downfield. The ball hits the ground and is rolling around as returner B22 makes a 'get away' signal by waving both arms at waist level. The ball is rolling at the B12 when B22 races to the ball and picks it up. He runs to the A45 before he is tackled. Ruling?
|
Last week | Game Situation: When should the uncatchable pass signal (S17) be used? Answer: It should only be used when contact that would have been pass interference occurs on a pass that is uncatchable (M11.4.12, M12.4.13, M13.4.11, M14.4.13, M15.4.12). It should not be used when the pass was uncatchable but any contact was not pass interference. |
