AGM OF BAFRA LTD
The Annual General Meeting of BAFRA Limited will be held virtually at 10:30am on Sunday 28th March 2021. It is open to all members. A full agenda will be circulated to members nearer the time.
A link to register to attend the AGM was circulated to all members, if this has not reached you then please contact me. A useful how-to guide for the software platform being used to hold the AGM is available on the home page of the members area of the website.
Part of the AGM is the election of directors for the Company. Four posts are due for election this year:
In the case of two of the posts, Director of Operations and Director without Portfolio #2 the present incumbent has indicated that they will be seeking re-election.
These positions are open to all qualified members and nomination forms have been circulated electronically to qualified members. They should be returned in accordance with the instructions on the form. If any qualified member has not received their forms they should contact me.
As of 9pm on Tuesday 16th February the following nominations for these posts has been received:

PLAY OF THE WEEK: | |
New this week | Play: 2nd and 10 at Team A’s 30-yard line. A1 receives the snap and throws a backwards pass towards A34. A34 catches the ball behind the line of scrimmage and runs towards the sideline. As he approaches the sideline, he throws a forward pass which is touched by B56 behind the neutral zone before being caught by A80 8 yards beyond the line of scrimmage. A80 advances to midfield where he is tackled. Prior to A34 throwing the forward pass, A78 was 5 yards downfield at Team A’s 35-yard line.

Last week | Play: Team A’s ball, 3rd and goal from Team B’s 12-yard line. Team A attempt a field goal with a holder and kicker in position to kick the ball. The ball is partially blocked by B74 behind the neutral zone and loops high into the air. It is then caught by A25 in the end zone.

Last week | Game Situation: How many times should the umpire allow the ball to fall off the tee at a kick off before insisting that the kicking team get a player to hold the ball in place? Answer: M10.1.c.1 - After the ball has been blown or fallen off the tee twice, insist that the kicking team use a holder. |
