DISCIPLINARY CASES
GAME MANAGEMENT REPORTSPlaudits go to Bath Cardinals and Handforth Hammerheads both players and coaches for a superb display of Youth American Football. The game was played with real passion and commitment from both teams, but was played in the spirit of the rules. As a side note I have to inform officials that the changing rooms at Bath were broken into while the first half was in progress. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGJust a reminder that the AGM will e held at the training weekend the Agenda to date is:
FROM JOHN SLAVINThose members that are attending the training convention could they notify me so I can assemble an agenda around the experience, or lack of, those that attend. ELECTION OF DIRECTORSIt is that time of the year again when the Directors need to be re-elected or someone else stand for a position. Enclosed/attached is the requisite form. FROM THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONSToday I was contacted by Steve Stacher. Some of you will remember him, he is in Ireland, and he is in charge of operations over there in the Emerald Isle. He contacted me to ask if anyone would like to go over to Ireland on the weekend of 27th September 03. The East Kilbride Pirates are going over to play the Irish All-Stars in Carrack Furgus. You can get details from Steve direct on steve@iafoa.org he will be happy to help with any inquires. The Irish Referees have a web site www.iafoa.org well worth a visit.
