BAFRA Directors have conducted a Risk Analysis for purposes of Bribery Act 2011, and found that the risk is very low, as nearly all of BAFRA’s business is sourced within the UK, with fellow members of the Sports Governing Body (BAFA) by BAFRA Directors themselves or by a very small number of Officials working on behalf of the Directors.
BAFRA Limited, its Members, Officers or Directors shall not give financial or other advantage to encourage a person from other organisations to perform their functions or activities improperly or to reward that person for having already done so, for BAFRA’s benefit.
Additionally, any BAFRA Director, Officer or Member being offered financial or other advantage to encourage them to perform their functions or activities improperly or to reward that them for having already done so, must not be accepted and reported as soon as practical to the BAFRA Board.
Any Member, Officer or Director not following this policy so will be subject to Disciplinary action outlined in the Members Handbook.
