MEMBERSHIP FEES
If you wish to pay your membership fees electronically, please follow our “How to Send Money Electronically to BAFRA" process. BAFRA receives numerous payments for the same amount from different members, teams and universities. This can make identifying who made the payment difficult and potentially lead to problems. This can be avoided by following the undernoted instructions:
1. Advise BAFRA Finance by emailing finance@bafra.info that you intend to make an electronic payment at the time payment is made, saying how much you have paid and what the payment is for;
2. When making a payment send it to:
Sort Code: 16-16-11
Account Number: 10255350
3. Ensure any reference or comment field includes your name and BAFRA number.
Thanks and Regards
Roger Brown

PLAY OF THE WEEK: | |
New this week | Play: Team A's ball, 2nd and 3 at midfield. After the ball is ready for play, substitute A89 sprints onto the field and takes a position as a wide receiver inside the numbers. Replaced player A85, the tight end, sprints off the field. Team B react as quickly as possible to the substitutes, with B28 entering the field when he sees A89 enter. Replaced player B56 starts running off the field when he sees A85 leaving. B56 is at the numbers when the ball is snapped, so Team B have 12 men on the field. The umpire had no time to get to the ball to prevent the snap. |
Last week | Play: Team A's ball, free kick, on their own A's 35 yard line. B22 muffs the ball on B's 6 and the ball rolls into B's end zone. To prevent A38 from recovering the ball, B22 bats the ball across the end line. |
MECHANICS: | |
New this week | Game Situation: 1st and goal on team B's 9 yard line. How should the Back Judge position himself and then move to ensure the best possible coverage of the developing play? |
Last week | Play: 1st and 10 on team B's 45 yard line. A84 runs a post pattern and is heading towards the end zone pursued by defensive back B21. The QB passes the ball. The Back Judge jogs backwards and arrives at the goal line moments before B21 intercepts the legal forward pass somewhere between the goal line and Team B's 1 yard line. B21's momentum carries him into his own end zone. Ruling? |
